1. 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (hereinafter "Consumer Protection Code"). The online sales system, which requires the active intervention of the buyer, is created in full compliance with the legislation on distance selling, provided for and regulated by the Consumer Code. The purchase of Goods through the Site is subject to the registration of the Customer  in the reserved area. By registering, the Buyer guarantees the correctness and reliability of the personal data provided, the processing of which by the Seller is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy. Future and any changes thereof will be published on the Site and will be applied exclusively to orders placed starting from the day following their publication. The Seller and the Customer explicitly agree to give the value of a valid electronic signature for the conclusion of the sales contract, as regulated in the relevant clauses of these General Conditions at the end of the purchase by the Customer. It remains understood that these General Conditions, also published in a visible section and accessible from the homepage of the Site, also apply as a contract for the use of the Site accepted through the mere conclusive use of the same. By submitting the purchase order, the Customer confirms that he knows and accepts these General Conditions.3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY The Site, as well as all TANINATALIA trademarks on the Site, are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property rights, and any kind of reproduction, communication, distribution, publication, modification or transformation is prohibited in any form. and for whatever purpose they arise, the content of the Site, the trademarks and distinctive signs used by TANINATALIA (such as, for example, works, images, photographs, drawings, videos, graphics, colors, functionality and design of the site).

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION The Site offers for sale only products with a registered trademark TANINATALIA. TANINATALIA does not sell used, non-standard or substandard goods that meet the standards offered on the market. The Customer  must not remove the aforementioned identification tag from the purchased Product in case he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, which can be exercised in accordance with Art.

6. ORDER GOODS A purchase order may be placed through the Site by following the steps and instructions provided on the Site itself. Upon successful completion of this process, TANINATALIA will immediately notify the receipt of the order, reserving the right to perform the standard pre-authorization of the Client's payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The order will be processed after TANINATALIA receives confirmation of successful payment for the purchase. When accepting an order, the Customer receives a written confirmation of the concluded agreement containing information about the ordered Goods, the amount paid, details of the price of each Good, any delivery costs, as well as the right to withdraw and information about assistance services and guarantees that the Goods/s comply with applicable law.   TANINATALIA also reserves the right to report, within 10 days after receipt of the purchase order, any impossibility to fulfill the order itself, followed by the immediate cancellation of the order and the simultaneous release of the entire amount reserved for payment. This circumstance may arise if the goods are out of stock or if the order does not meet normal consumption needs (this is evaluated as an example and not exhaustively, in relation to the number of products purchased in one order, in the case of several orders related to the same same product, etc.) or due to force majeure.

7. PAYMENT Each payment by the Customer  can be made exclusively by credit cards indicated on the Site, by the PayPal payment method Completion of the procedure for sending the order will be considered completed after the completion of payment transactions, when the Customer  is redirected to the page of the Site with confirmation of the sending of the purchase order.

8. PRODUCT PRICE The price of each individual Product on the Site refers to the same product, is expressed in Euros and includes VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Goods but, if any, are indicated and calculated before the purchase order is submitted and before payment is made.   Any offers and special conditions promoted by the Seller are valid until the validity date indicated on the Website or until stocks last and, in any case, are subject to the Seller's actual availability of the relevant Products.

DELIVERY  The purchased Goods will be delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer  when submitting an online order. Estimated delivery times are listed in the Shipping and Returns section. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 61 of the Consumer Code, delivery in any case must be carried out no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The delivered Products shall become the property of the Customer  upon receipt, with the subsequent liability of the same in the event of any loss or damage suffered from that moment by the Products themselves. Therefore, the Customer is requested to refuse the package or accept delivery by the carrier with a reservation if it appears to have been damaged or damaged in transit, and notify our customer service immediately by sending an e-mail to   If the delivery of the Goods/s to the Buyer is not carried out within 5 working days from the date of shipment, which was simultaneously reported to the Customer  by TANINATALIA and it is impossible to track the location of the goods found through an online system that will be available to the Customer, the latter must notify TANINATALIA of delay or non-delivery of the Product/s through the "Contact Us" page on the Site. TANINATALIA undertakes to guarantee a new batch of the lost Product/s, without prejudice to the subsequent unavailability of the same product or due to force majeure, in which case the order will be canceled and the amount reserved for payment will be refunded at the same time.10. RIGHT TO REFUSE AND REFUND In accordance with applicable law and, in particular, the provisions of Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer  has the right to refuse the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods (s); then the cost of items affected by the exercise of this right will be reimbursed. The Seller fully refunds the money to the Customer in the same way that the Customer paid for the cost of the goods. COMPLIANCE - WARRANTY With regard to the warranties of conformity of the purchased Product, the legal warranties established by law also apply to the sale of TANINATALIA Products regulated by GCS. Therefore, we refer to articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code regarding the rights of customers in relation to TANINATALIA in case of non-compliance of the delivered Products and the methods of their implementation.   14.
